Zoom alternative host instructions
- Before joining a Zoom meeting via calendar invitation, all alternative hosts must be
signed into both their desktop Zoom client (instructions)
and the Zoom web portal https://arizona.zoom.us/
- Alternate hosts will be committee members with valid
UArizona Zoom accounts (see instructions above).
- If
you are being asked to REGISTER for a defense where you are the alt
host, you need to ensure that you are logged into BOTH your Zoom client
and to the Zoom website.
- Committee members without UArizona Zoom
accounts and all students will need to register for the meeting.
