Zoom alternative host instructions



  1. Before joining a Zoom meeting via calendar invitation, all alternative hosts must be signed into both their desktop Zoom client (instructions) and the Zoom web portal https://arizona.zoom.us/

 

Student defenses

  1. Alternate hosts will be committee members with valid UArizona Zoom accounts (see instructions above).
    1. If you are being asked to REGISTER for a defense where you are the alt host, you need to ensure that you are logged into BOTH your Zoom client and to the Zoom website.
  2. Committee members without UArizona Zoom accounts and all students will need to register for the meeting.
