Zoom microphone troubleshooting - Windows PC

1.  Check to see if the correct microphone is selected. Click the up arrow next to audio to see which microphone is selected.

2.  If you are using an external microphone such as a webcam or headset, try unplugging and plugging the device in again.

3.  If your microphone does not work, a Windows update may fix your audio issues. Type update in your search box (bottom left corner next to the Windows icon) and select check for updates.

4.  Click check for updates and install any updates available. There may also be optional quality updates that you can install.

DO NOT install the Windows 11 update.
