MacBook Zoom Outlook Plug-in, Installing and Scheduling a Meeting

Installing the Zoom Microsoft Outlook Add-in for Mac


1. Download the Microsoft Outlook Add-In (the second option) from here:  Zoom Plug-In

2. Open the download and click Get it now



3. Enter your UA NetID and password

                 
4. Click Get it now



5. Click Continue




Scheduling a Zoom meeting in Outlook for Mac


1. Start a new calendar meeting and click More options



2. Select Zoom > Add a Zoom Meeting


3. The first time signing in choose SSO. Do not enter your email address.



4. Enter arizona as the company domain, click continue



5. Enter your UA NetID and password
