Zoom phone voicemail greeting


  1. Set up your personal voicemail greeting by logging into your zoom portal at https://arizona.zoom.us
  1. Click on Phone on the left side of the page and then go to Settings at the top of the screen.



  1. Scroll down to Greeting & Leave voicemail instruction > Click Edit > Add Audio



  1. Click Record by Computer. Under Asset Name, give your greeting a name and set Voicemail Greeting as the category. Click the red Record button. If it asks allow access to your microphone, and then record your greeting. When done, click the Add button at the bottom of the page to save it.
